Manual and automated extraction of DNA and RNA from a wide range of samples (e.g. plasma, serum, urine, swabs, tissue etc.).Processing time of 96 samples is about 40 – 45 minutes and no further steps like centrifugation, phenol-chloroform treatment or alcohol precipitation are required.
