The InviScreen® CaMV Detection LyoKit is designed for real-time PCR detection of the 35S promoter from the cauliflower mosaic virus (CaMV). Because of its extensive use in the first generation of genetically modified plants, detection of the CaMV 35S promoter is common in routine testing.
