The InviScreen® IBDV Detection Kit provides a real-time PCR method for the qualitative detection of Infectious Bursal Disease Virus (IBDV) RNA in biological samples of animal origin. The method is based on a real-time reverse transcription and multiplex amplification strategy for the qualitative determination of the absence or presence of IBDV by detecting a region within the hypervariable region of VP2.
